Meet the Brains Behind the Brand Revolution

James has been managing teams and businesses in the pre-media industry for over 3 decades. The industry has taken him around the globe including 5 years in Cincinnati Ohio. 

James is passionate about delivering against all the commitments made both internally and externally. Proud of [T=Ø] and excited about the future.

James is married (30 years anniversary is on the immediate horizon) with three children and 3 dogs…..absolute chaos.

Patrick has been working in premedia for 35 years, in what started out as a part-time job to pay his way through college (University). Over the years he has managed operations and sales teams; supporting CPG, Retail and Printer clients.

Patrick is excited to be leading the T=0 US team, and working with clients to reimagine how artwork gets from design to print.

In his downtime, enjoys relaxing with his family, vacations at the beach, and gardening.

Neil brings nearly 30 years of experience in the pre-media industry, having held a variety of roles and worked with a wide range of FMCG brands.

In his current position as Brand Sentinel, he works closely with customers, offering guidance and expertise on our technology while overseeing their projects.

Married for 25 years and with 2 children, Neil’s claim to fame is he once appeared on Blue Peter as a competition winner when he was 12 years old, although he prefers not to mention it too often.

Jane’s experience in pre-media began in 2010 with finance and accounts, since then she has worked in various roles including quality control and customer service for global FMCG & Healthcare customers. 

As Project Manager she works alongside the customer and the studio guiding projects through the T=0 workflow to efficiently deliver print ready and CGI artworks for new product launches, redesign and maintenance.

Mother to a growing teenager, both are active volunteers for St John Ambulance in their spare time.

Jamie brings over 25 years of experience in graphics, print, and brand management, with a dynamic role at [T=Ø] spanning packaging artwork, motion graphics, CGI modeling, and Quality Control.

Married with 3 children, Jamie loves chocolate digestives, Heavy Metal and has an uncanny ability to recall 80’s cartoon theme tunes. He is a loyal Manchester United fan, second Dan black belt and a video game enthusiast, spending over 1000 hours playing Fortnite.  

If only he’d spent that time learning the guitar…

Phil is an experienced Graphic Designer and Artist with over 20 years in the industry. After earning a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design, he has honed his skills across various roles within Graphic Design and Artwork. In his current role as a Production Packaging Artist for [T=Ø], Phil works closely with international teams, bridging creative efforts between the US and the UK. His artistic talents extend beyond the workplace, with Phil being recognized as one of the top five Star Wars fan artists worldwide on three separate occasions. A proud husband and father of two daughters, Phil balances his professional life with a passion for music. A skilled bass player, he has years of experience performing professionally, including extensive touring.

Charlotte has been in the industry almost 13 years and has worked in both production and customer facing roles throughout her career. 

In her current position as Brand Sentinel, she is working with global clients and oversees the production management for both UK and USA sites. Charlotte works closely with her client’s ensuring quality of information and dependable project planning.

Charlotte likes to spend her free time walking her two crazy dogs, Dash the Dachshund and Luna the Dobermann…. Yes, they are both Black and Tan, so they do look like they are the little and large version of each other! 

David brings over 30 years of expertise in artwork and five years in 3D modelling, crafting visually compelling and market-ready product renders and animations for a wide range of industries in the FMCG sector.

With a keen eye for detail, David combines artistic ability with technical proficiency to create stunning, functional packaging renders, ensuring each project is executed with precision and impact.

As a Yorkshireman, David has travelled relatively extensively and worked far afield from his native Hull, in distant exotic locales such as Harrogate, Rotherham and Barnsley and discovered they all had stupid alternatives to the word ‘breadcake’.”

Matt has been in the pre-media industry since leaving college in 1999. Since moving in to a technical workflow IT role Matt also worked for 8 years as an engineer for a software company supplying the industry with leading automated artwork solutions.

Married for 15 years and with 2 young daughters a cocker spaniel named Blue and a cat called Oreo who spends most of his time living at other peoples houses. A big fan of Derby County, still playing Sunday football at 43 and a big fan of hiding in the pub he built in his garden. Matt also owns an American WW2 style jeep which he still needs to find time in his busy life to fix.

Alice is a highly skilled Production Artist renowned for her expertise in artwork builds and repro experience. With almost 10 years in the industry, she has worked with a wide range of brands bringing her keen eye for detail and technical know-how to every project. 

Alice is a proud mother of two children and happily married with two lively spaniels to keep her on her toes!

With 15 years of experience in pre-media and artwork packaging, Annika began her career as an Artworker and has since developed a strong focus on improving and streamlining processes.

Her career includes three years working in the United States, specifically in Charlotte and Cincinnati, where she gained valuable international experience and broadened her expertise.

Outside of work, Annika enjoys exploring creative hobbies, spending time with friends, and relaxing with her rather lazy sausage dog, Mash.

Shannon is a seasoned Graphics Project Manager with over 20 years experience in the Pre-Media industry.

Working with a wide variety of CPG Brands in many different roles, she brings her previous experience in ERP implementation & product commercialisation to help drive process improvements.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys musical theatre, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her fur babies.

John’s been in Customer Service, Account Management, New Business Development, and Graphic Project Management in the pre-media industry since graduating from college 3+ decades ago. Serving clients and building relationships all along the way. 

Snow and water skiing since I was 3 still thrills me. A week on the Chain-O-Lakes has been my vacation of choice since I can remember. Being out on the water with friends and family = happiness!

Susan’s experience in the graphic arts industry is multifaceted, before landing in pre-media she managed a print facility in sunny California, supervised a Print Production team at a major advertising agency and worked as a Commercial Print Services Manager at a fortune 500 company. 

Susan loves to travel and spend time on the beach when she can find someone to take care of her two horses, two cats, dog, and husband.

Sabina has been a part of the pre-media industry since 2010, beginning her career in quality control before advancing to project management. She takes pride in building strong, lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

With a wealth of international experience, Sabina has lived in multiple countries, fuelling her passion for travel.

In her free time, she loves exploring diverse cuisines, discovering new music, and immersing herself in different cultures.

Mike brings nearly 30 years of pre-media experience working with a variety of global CPG and RPG brands.

In his current role as a Production Artist, he works closely with the client to ensure brand integrity is met across the entire portfolio.

Married for 24 years with two daughters, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.

Tom brings over 35 years of experience in the pre-media industry, working within the Production and Commercial sides of the industry.

Tom prides himself on working directly with internal and external customers to provide best in class packaging.  

Married for 19 years, Tom’s interests are watching Chicago Sport Teams (Cubs Baseball)) , Golfing, Drawing and History.  

Lamont is passionate and experienced in the premedia industry with over 3 decades of experience. His strong track record of success in multiple disciplines within the industry brings him confidence.He has vast knowledge in colour management and quality assurance whilst also highly motivated due to an ownership mentality which has led to a strong work ethic.

T=0 has given him the opportunity to use all these skills as part of a team to create a system that’s currently best in class and is working to bring greater technical knowledge to artwork creation.

In off time he loves to coach high schoolers in track and field. Car detailing is part of his passion and the best of all is spending time with family and friends.

Aaron draws on nearly 30 years of experience in the pre-media industry, working in various areas including colour management, production art and technology.

Aaron enjoys collaborating with clients and the [T=Ø] team to develop and deliver solutions leveraging automation and technology.

Aaron has been married for 26 years, 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats.  Enjoys playing golf and the guitar in his free time.
